Do you offer per-storm or seasonal contracts?
Both. Per-storm is great for occasional needs or if you only want service for big snowfalls. Seasonal contracts give you priority service all winter for one flat price — most cost-effective for regular customers.
At what snow depth do you come out?
For seasonal contracts, our default trigger is 2 inches — we come out automatically. For per-event, you call when you want service. We can adjust the trigger depth to your preference.
How fast will my driveway be cleared?
Most residential clients are cleared within 4–6 hours of storm end. Commercial accounts on priority schedules are typically cleared earlier. During major storms (8"+) we work in waves to keep up.
Do you salt or treat ice?
Salt and ice melt application is available on request. We don't blanket-salt every property — only where requested or needed for safety.
What if I have a fence / gate / sensitive area?
Tell us during signup. We mark and respect every property's specific access points. We don't push snow into roads, onto neighbors, or against structures that could be damaged.
Is there a contract or commitment?
Per-event service has zero commitment — call when you need us. Seasonal contracts are billed at the start of winter; you're locked in for one season but get priority service and unlimited events.
